Personal Biography
Dr. Polina Chernyak always strives to provide exceptional dental care for all of her patients. She believes that oral health is the center of systemic & social health & would like all her patients to have a complete grasp on their smiles. Dr. Chernyak received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University & her Bachelor of Science in Marine Vertebrate Biology from SUNY Stony Brook University. She completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY. She was then chief resident at Methodist Hospital in Park Slope, Brooklyn for a second year General Practice Residency. Dr. Chernyak believes in providing dental care to underserved communities. She has participated in dental outreaches to Ile a Vache, Haiti & Granada, Nicaragua.
When she is not participating in continuing education in cosmetic & general dentistry, she is hiking, camping or skiing with her husband.
