Personal Biography
Dr. Pan was born in Beijing, China and moved to America in 1990. He grew up in Illinois, and attended the University of Illinois at Champaign, Urbana IL. He graduated with BS in molecular cell biology, and was awarded with the Bronze Tablet award that’s only given to the top 3% of the class with a near 4.0 GPA. After graduation, he was accepted to the prestigious Columbia School of Dental and Oral Surgery for his doctorate in dental medicine training. He continued his post graduate training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Mount Sinai Medical School, where he received his medical degree in addition to his dental degree.
Dr. Pan practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with special interests in dental implant, bone graft and dentoalveolar surgeries. He is also fluent in both Mandarin and English.
When not working, Dr. Pan enjoys drawing and photography. He is also a big basketball fan that participates both on court and off court regularly, and keeps up on all NBA news.
