Personal Biography
Frankie is Dr. Julia Aida’s Certified Therapy Dog that she brings into The Smilist Dental office in Wantagh, NY to ease her patients and make their dental visit more enjoyable.
Frankie is a Golden Retriever and has been a certified therapy dog since 2016. She enjoys comforting people and making them relaxed and happy. When it comes to dentistry, she believes that it doesn’t have to be scary when she’s around. When one young patient was so scared of their dental visit, Frankie was able to comfort him allowing the dentist to anesthetize him and fill two cavities while he was petting Frankie.
Frankie lives in Long Beach, NY with Dr. Julia Aida and her family, along with her canine sister, Gabby. She loves eating meatballs, playing with her favorite toy, Lamb Chop, going to the beach, and training at Martial Arfs.
