Personal Biography
Dr. Paul Bender was a student at Clark University where he completed his undergraduate studies, majoring in biology. He then went on to earn his DDS at NYU College of Dentistry and completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Starting in dental school, Dr. Bender was a member of the Dental Honor Society and received the highest scholastic award in Endodontics with a bronze plaque in the Endodontic department. Dr. Bender is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1985, He was a teaching Associate at the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and held a faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania and SUNY Stony Brook.

Dr. Paul Bender was raised in Plainview and graduated from J.F. Kennedy High School. His mother and father opened his mind to art and culture, sports, skiing, boating and surfing. Dr. Bender has 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
