Dr. Forman brings 30 years of dental experience to the Smilist. Dr. Forman is continually learning, taking continuing education classes to stay up-to-date with current dentistry trends and perfect his skills. Dr. Forman is passionate about the work he does, with a particular passion for cosmetic cases. He specializes in building the new smiles his patients have always dreamed about.
Dr. Forman’s patients appreciate his attention to detail and positive, friendly demeanor. Over time, staff and patients have become more like family. Dentistry is a team effort to make the overall experience comfortable and positive for the patient so they can leave with a smile on their face.
Dr. Forman has a beautiful family of his wife, three children, and several pets too. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, catching a baseball game, and working out.
